I enrolled in the ENG 3CX3 course in order to strengthen the skills I’ve gained from my extracurricular involvement with the McMaster Women’s Water Polo team. Though not the typical experiential learning this course is used for, I was honoured to hear I was the first student to use this course for athletics and happy I could help share my experiences for future engineering student-athletes.
<aside> 📌 As I transition to take on a more leadership role within the team for next season, I hope to outline some of the current ways I have stepped up and tie-in those experiences to the workshops used in the course.
